Always one of my favorites, Dennis kicked a bad drinking problem that had threatened to end his career, and enjoyed a great career resurgence with Montreal. I'll never forget watching his perfect game on TV. "El Presidente, El Perfecto!"

Looks lime my wife and I will see El Presidente in May. We're heading to Palm Beach for a week and Dennis Martinez is pitching coach for the Palm Beach Cardinals.
